I) Shipping within the U.S. 
 
Below is an overview of the shipping methods available within the United States: 

1. United Stated Postal Service
   
    Standard First Class Mail: First class mail shipping delivery time is generally between 3 to 9 business days, (Monday–Friday), depending on the region. This method includes a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number. The delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you once your shipment is completed.

The delivery confirmation number is not a tracking number. The number provides you with a confirmation of the delivery date and time once your package is scanned at the Post Office of the addressee. You can view the delivery confirmation via the URL below, after the item is scanned at the Post Office.

    Priority Mail: Priority mail shipping delivery time is generally between 1 to 4 business days, (Monday–Friday), depending on the region. This method includes a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number. The delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you once your shipment is completed.

2. Federal Express

All Federal Express shipment methods include a tracking number and guaranteed delivery

    FedEx Ground: FedEx Ground service and delivery time is between 1 to 5 business days, (Monday–Friday).
    FedEx Two-Day: FedEx 2Day service and delivery time is within 2 business days, (Monday–Friday).
    FedEx Express Saver: FedEx Express Saver service and delivery time is 3 business days, (Monday–Friday).
    FedEx Standard Overnight: FedEx Standard Overnight service and delivery is guaranteed on the next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas.

II) International Shipping
 

Below is an overview of the Sena Cases International Shipping Policies and Procedures:

    1. Sena Cases offers FedEx International Priority Delivery for all items shipped outside the United States: This method includes a tracking number and delivery is guaranteed. FedEx International Priority service and delivery is typically within 1 to 4 business days based on the specific country and postal code. Shipping time varies according to each destination country. International Priority reaches most major cities in Europe by noon, typically within 2 business days. 

    Pricing/Rates: Sena Cases offers a special Flat-Rate International Shipping Cost of $9.99 for most countries. The countries excluded from this $9.99 rate are listed below.

For the countries excluded from the flat rate, shipping charges will be assessed based on each destination country. The shipping charge for your destination will be emailed to you directly from Sena Cases before the shipment is completed. (Please see the Shipping Charge Adjustment description below)

    Processing Time:  Due to the additional processing efforts and care involved in fulfilling international orders, processing time occurs within 1 to 3 days after the order is received at Sena Cases.
 

    Responsibility for Duties and Taxes:  Our prices do not include duties or value-added taxes (VAT). Many countries will require additional taxes and/or duties based on the customs value of your shipment. These costs, if assessed, will be your responsibility. Please contact your country's customs office for specific details. Please note, when shipping a product internationally to a different destination country other than the billing address, additional taxes and duties may be applied and will also be your responsibility.
 

    Shipping Charge Adjustment:  The special Flat Rate International Shipping Cost of $9.99 applies to all countries except the ones listed below.

If you purchase from a country excluded from the international flat rate of $9.99, you will be responsible for the shipping charges based on the specific destination country. The shipping charge for your destination will be emailed to you directly from Sena Cases before the shipment is completed.     Unclaimed Shipment Charges:  FedEx will make several delivery attempts to deliver your package, if no one is available to sign for the package; a delivery notice is left at the recipient’s door. FedEx will hold your package to be claimed for up to 10 days. If you fail to claim your package, it will be returned to Sena Cases, marked as “unclaimed.”
 
If your package is returned to Sena Cases as unclaimed, you will be responsible to pay for the actual shipping cost to have the package shipped out for a second time. The special Flat Rate International Shipping Cost is not available for a re-shipment or unclaimed merchandise. Your shipping cost will be calculated specifically to your destination country. 

    Returned and Exchanged Product Shipment Adjustments:  If an item is returned for a full refund, we will charge you the difference between the full shipping price and the Flat Rate International Shipping Cost of $9.99.

If an item is shipped twice because of an exchange, you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost to your destination country.  

    Currency Exchange Rate: All prices listed for shipping are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will automatically calculate the currency exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
