USPS and FedEx will leave your package at your doorstep if no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Any package left at your doorstep is your responsibility. If you do not see your package, contact the carrier with your tracking # information. Sena® is not responsible for any package which is lost or stolen after being delivered by FedEx or USPS. No order will be reshipped if FedEx or USPS has updated your package information as "delivered."
Shipping within the U.S.
First Class Mail shipping delivery time is generally between 3 to 9 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on the distance between the two regions. This method includes a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number. The Delivery Confirmation Number will be emailed to you once your shipment has been completed.
FREE SHIPPING: Sena® Cases automatically offers free post office ground shipping for all U.S. orders (shipped to a U.S. address) over $50. If your order was eligible for our free shipping promo, and you were not billed for freight costs, the original outbound shipping charges will be deducted from any refund. If a premium shipping method was selected, this amount will be deducted from any refund.
The cut-off time for same day shipping on Fed Ex Express, 2nd Day, and Overnight (weekends do not count as a shipping day) services on (in stock) orders is 2:00pm PST. The cut-off time for same day shipping on Postal Service Priority Mail (in stock) orders is 12:00pm PST.
Sena® Cases understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. However, please note that due to increased orders during new product releases or holidays, processing times may increase from 1 to 4 days. Contact Customer Service for specifics on your order or to inquire about shipping.
Sena® offers a special flat-rate international shipping cost of $12.99 for 51 countries. The countries included for this $12.99 rate are listed below. For the countries excluded from the special international flat rate, shipping charges will be assessed based on each destination country. Import Taxes and Customs Fees
International shipping costs do not include any possible import taxes or customs fees. The recipient is responsible for payment of any duties or taxes incurred. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Due to the additional processing efforts and care involved in fulfilling international orders, processing time occurs within 1 to 3 days after the order is received at Sena®. If you place an order with multiple items and one of those items is on backorder, Sena® Cases will hold the order until all items are available to save you additional shipping costs. If you do not wish to wait, please place separate orders.
Currency Exchange Rate
All prices listed for shipping are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will automatically calculate the currency exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
