SHIPPING INFORMATION
 
USPS and FedEx will leave your package at your doorstep if no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. First, check with your household members and neighbors. If no one brought in your package, contact the carrier with your tracking info. Any package left at your doorstep is your responsibility. Sena is not responsible for any package which is lost or stolen after being delivered by FedEx or USPS. No refund will be issued and no order will be reshipped if FedEx or USPS has updated your package information as “Delivered.”
Shipping within the U.S.
UNITED STATED POSTAL SERVICE
Standard First Class Mail:
First Class Mail shipping delivery time is generally between 3 to 9 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on the distance between the two regions. This method includes a USPS Delivery Confirmation Number. The Delivery Confirmation Number will be emailed to you once your shipment has been completed.

The Delivery Confirmation Number is not a tracking number. The number provides you with a confirmation of the delivery date and time once your package arrives and is scanned at the Post Office of the addressee. You can view your delivery confirmation via the link below, after the item has been scanned at the Post Office.

FEDEX
All FedEx shipping methods include a tracking number and guaranteed delivery
FedEx Ground: 
FedEx Ground delivery time is between 1 to 5 business days (Monday–Friday).

FedEx 2Day: 
FedEx 2Day delivery time is within 2 business days (Monday–Friday).

FedEx Express Saver: 
FedEx Express Saver delivery time is 3 business days (Monday–Friday).

FedEx Standard Overnight: 
FedEx Standard Overnight delivery is guaranteed on the next-business-day delivery by 3pm to most U.S. addresses (by 4:30pm to rural areas).

The cut-off time for same day shipping on Fed Ex Express, 2nd Day, and Overnight (weekends do not count as a shipping day) services on (in stock) orders is 2:00pm PST*.

The cut-off time for same day shipping on Postal Service Priority Mail (in stock) orders is 12:00pm PST*.

Orders received after this cut-off time will be shipped the following business day if in stock.
International Shipping
Sena offers FedEx International Priority Delivery for all items shipped outside the United States. This method includes a tracking number and delivery is guaranteed. FedEx International Priority delivery is typically within 1 to 4 business days based on the specific country and postal code. Shipping time varies according to each destination country. International Priority reaches most major cities in Europe by noon, typically within 2 business days.
PRICING AND RATES
Sena offers a special flat-rate international shipping cost of $9.99 for 66 countries. The countries included for this $9.99 rate are listed below.

For the countries excluded from the special international flat rate, shipping charges will be assessed based on each destination country. The shipping charge for your destination will be emailed to you directly from Sena before the shipment has been completed. PROCESSING TIME
Due to the additional processing efforts and care involved in fulfilling international orders, processing time occurs within 1 to 3 days after the order is received at Sena.

If you place an order with multiple items and one of those items is on backorder, Sena Cases will hold the order until all items are available to save you additional shipping costs. If you do not wish to wait, please place separate orders.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Our prices do not include duties or Value-Added Taxes (VAT). Many countries will require additional taxes and/or duties based on the customs value of your shipment. These costs, if assessed, will be your responsibility. Please contact your country's customs office for specific details. Please note, when shipping a product internationally to a different destination country other than the billing address, additional taxes and duties may be applied and will also be your responsibility.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENT CHARGES
FedEx will make several delivery attempts to deliver your package. If no one is available to sign for the package, a delivery notice will be left at the recipient’s door. FedEx will hold your package to be claimed for up to 10 days. If you fail to claim your package, it will be returned to Sena, marked as “unclaimed.”

If your package is returned to Sena as unclaimed, you will be responsible to pay for the actual shipping cost to have the package shipped out for a second time. The special flat-rate international shipping cost of $9.99 is not available for a re-shipment or unclaimed merchandise. Your shipping cost will be calculated specifically to your destination country.
RETURNED AND EXCHANGED PRODUCT SHIPMENT ADJUSTMENTS
If an item is returned for a full refund, we will charge you the difference between the full shipping price and the flat rate international shipping cost of $9.99 (certain destinations have higher flat rates). If an item is shipped twice because of an exchange, you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost to your destination country.
CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE
All prices listed for shipping are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will automatically calculate the currency exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
