Refunds
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased on promotion (free shipping, student discount, etc.) will only be eligible for refund up to the purchase price paid at the original time of order.
Any applicable charges or fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Final Sale Items
All personalized items, sale and other items designated as “Final Sale” or similar language on senacases.com are not eligible to be returned for refund, credit or exchange.
Free Items with Purchase
If your senacases.com order included a free item or gift with your purchase, this item must be included in the return.
If the free item is not included in the return or is returned in damaged condition SENA may deduct the retail value of the free item from any potential refund.
Return Window
Items ordered from SenaCases.com are eligible for return within 30 days of the original shipment date. All return requests must be submitted and approved within this 30-day window.
Return Request Rejection and Approval
After you submit your return request, our team will review it and may ask for additional information such as product pictures, receipts, and shipping labels. Although most return requests are approved, Sena Cases reserves the right to reject return requests at our discretion.
Common rejection reasons include, but are not limited to, insufficient documentation to verify the order, product use, or attempts to return final sale items.
Unauthorized Returns
Returns received without authorization may be returned to the sender or, at Sena Cases’ discretion, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Item Condition
Items must be returned in new, unused condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. In addition, privacy screens and screen protectors must be returned in original and unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund. Sena Cases may issue partial refunds at our discretion.
Shipping Costs
Any shipping costs associated with your original SenaCases.com order are non-refundable.
If your original order qualified for free shipping the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund. In addition, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed or covered by Sena Cases unless otherwise stated by an authorized representative of Sena Cases.
Sena Cases maintains full discretion to waive or charge return shipping costs and/or refund shipping costs associated with the original order and may adjust the amount of any refund accordingly. Sena Cases is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
