Our free shipping promotion applies when selecting Post Office Ground ( over $39 order minimum), or Free Fed Ex 2 Day shipping option when available ( over $49 order minimum) to USA addresses. Our free DHL Global Mail option ($25 order minimum) applies to select international destinations. USPS and FedEx will leave your package at your doorstep if no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Any package left at your doorstep is your responsibility. If you do not see your package, contact the carrier with your tracking # information. Sena® is not responsible for any package which is lost or stolen after being delivered by FedEx ,USPS, or DHL. No order will be reshipped if FedEx ,USPS, and DHL has updated your package information as "delivered." International customers: DHL Global mail transfers the package to your local Post for final delivery. Business addressees are excluded from this shipping service. Failure to pay customs/duties will result in your package being deemed un-deliverable. Sena is not responsible for re-shipment of this package, and a refund/ return option is most likely not an option once a package is deemed un-deliverable or refused as a result of non payment/address issues/or refusal of the package. STANDARD GROUND PROCESSING TIME

First Class Mail and FedEx ground shipping delivery time is generally between 3 to 9 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on the distance between the two regions. This method includes a USPS/FedEx shipment tracking number. The shipment tracking will be emailed to you once your shipment has been completed. If you place an order with multiple items and one of those items is on back-order, Sena ®  Cases will hold the order until all items are available to save you additional shipping costs. If you do not wish to wait, please place separate orders.

 

FEDEX CUT OFF TIME

The cut-off time for next day shipping on FedEx 2nd Day and overnight (weekends do not count as a shipping day) services (when available) on (in stock) orders is 10 am PST. If you place an order with multiple items and one of those items is on back-order, Sena ®  Cases will hold the order until all items are available to save you additional shipping costs. If you do not wish to wait, please place separate orders.

 

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Sena® Cases automatically offers free post office ground shipping for all U.S. orders (shipped to a U.S. address) over $39. If your order was eligible for our free shipping promo, and you were not billed for freight costs, the original outbound shipping charges will be deducted from any refund. If a premium shipping method was selected, this amount will be deducted from any refund.

 

HOLIDAY / NEW RELEASE PROCESSING TIME

Sena® Cases understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. However, please note that due to increased orders during new product releases or holidays, processing times may increase from 1-2 days up to 4 business days. PRICING

Sena® offers a special flat-rate international shipping cost of $12.99 to most countries.  For the countries excluded from the special international flat rate, shipping charges will be assessed based on each destination country.

 

We also offer DHL economy Global Mail shipping for a special flat-rate of $4.99 and FREE on orders over $25. Certain orders that normally qualify for Global Mail may be required to be sent via DHL Express only. This may or may not be reflected in the shipping options available to you when placing your order.
