Our free shipping promotion applies to orders of $69.99 or more shipping within the U.S. with the Post Office Ground shipping method selected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not reimbursable for standard returns.
If your order was eligible for a Free Shipping promotion and was not billed for shipping costs, the shipping charges will be deducted from any refund or credit. Here are our available carriers and shipping methods used for Free Shipping purposes:

SENA Cases understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from the time your order is received. Please note that weekends do not count as a shipping day.
Our cut-off time for processing Next Day (Overnight) or 2 Day shipments is 10:00 AM PST.
Processing times may increase up to 4 business days during new product releases and holidays due to extremely high order volume.

Orders ship with a tracking number. This carrier and tracking information is emailed to you once your shipment has been completed.
All orders ship complete. If you place an order with multiple items and any of those items is a pre-order item or on back-order, we hold the entire order until all items are available to ship in order to save you additional shipping costs. If you do not wish to wait until all items are ready, please place separate orders.
Domestic: USPS First Class Mail and FedEx Ground delivery time is generally 3-9 business days, depending on the distance between the two regions. These carriers deliver Monday through Friday.
International: DHL Global Mail delivers international packages in 10-to 21 days to countries listed below. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. DHL Global Mail transfers the package to your local post for final delivery. Business addressees are excluded from this shipping service.

Where Is My Package?
Carriers will leave your package at your doorstep if no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Any package left at your doorstep is your responsibility.
If you do not see your package, contact the carrier with your tracking information.
If you continue to experience a delivery issue after you have already contacted the carrier about your package, please contact our Customer Service department.
You are responsible for any lost or stolen package after it has been delivered by FedEx, USPS, or DHL.

Taxes & Customs (International Orders)
International shipping costs do not include any possible import taxes or customs fees associated with collection. The recipient is responsible for payment of any duties or taxes including any fees incurred.
Failure to pay customs/duties will result in your package being deemed undeliverable.
Currency Exchange Rate
All prices listed for shipping are in U.S. Dollars. When you pay by credit card, the credit card company will automatically calculate the currency exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.
Refunds or Replacements
If your order was eligible for our Free Shipping Promotion and you were not billed for freight costs, the original outbound shipping charges will be deducted from any potential refund.
If a premium (expedited) shipping method was selected, this amount will be deducted from any refund.
We do not reship orders if tracking information indicates your package as "delivered," is deemed as undeliverable, is refused, or is the result of nonpayment or address issues.
